KC Jewelry Customer Satisfaction Program

KC Jewelry designs and handcrafts exquisite customized jewelry.  Our pieces are custom-made from the finest quality diamonds and precious metals from around the globe, and are designed to appeal to the modern and sophisticated aesthetic of our customers.

At KC Jewelry, quality and customer satisfaction are among the highest priorities, and we take pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of the materials used in our product.  As KC Jewelry has always noted on its website and to retailers selling its products, the diamond weight listed for each of its custom-made pieces is approximate.  However, KC Jewelry recently learned that a customer was disappointed that the weight noted for an item of jewelry was not exact.  As a result, KC Jewelry wants to take immediate steps to ensure that all of its customers are satisfied with the jewelry purchased. 

KC Jewelry is launching a customer satisfaction program in which it will reimburse any consumer who purchased a KC Jewelry item containing diamonds for an appraisal of the item by a gem or jewelry appraiser certified by the American Society of Appraisers or equivalent accreditation body.  If the KC Jewelry item is appraised for an amount lower than the price which the consumer paid, KC Jewelry will reimburse the consumer for the difference in value. 

To qualify for reimbursement, you must submit a photograph of the KC Jewelry item purchased, a photograph of the “KC” inscription on the interior/backside of the item, a receipt or other proof of purchase for the item, a copy of the certified appraisal, and the form linked here .

Customers must submit a request for appraisal by December 30, 2016. This offer is open to consumers who purchased KC Jewelry items between September 1, 2012 and September 30, 2016.
